PTR UK members now have the opportunity to join UF-DORS, the University of Florida’s online professional development pathway for racquet sports leaders — designed to help you grow beyond on-court coaching into business leadership, operations and strategic roles within tennis, pickleball, padel and more.

UF-DORS offers three flexible, self-paced online courses:

• Personal Brand Management for Racquet Sports Professionals — Build a standout resume, sharpen interview skills, strengthen your LinkedIn presence, and get industry-specific career support with no prerequisites.

• Course #1: Facilities, Operations, Marketing & More — Practical training in facility management, customer experience, programming, and multi-sport integration — open to all racquet sports professionals.

• Course #2: Leadership, Management & Finance — Advanced development in strategic leadership, people management and financial planning (requires Course #1 + experience).

All courses are 100 % online, self-paced, and built by seasoned industry experts with opportunities for personalized feedback. Graduates earn a University of Florida Certificate of Completion, and successful candidates can pursue the Certified Director of Racquet Sports designation through PTR and allied bodies.
